Our experienced Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches have worked across the Disability and Mental Health sectors for a number of years. Supporting Participants with a person centered approach and empowering people to achieve their goals is at the heart of what we do!

Outasight's Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches work collaboratively with participants to achieve their goals and maintain or increase independence by supporting them to access, utilise and engage with providers and services funded through NDIS.
